Upgrading crankwheel of MINI to alloy chainwheel

Hi guys, I have a strida mini and I’m planning to upgrade the chainwheel into the alloy version. From what the dealer told me, the size of the alloy chainwheel is different from what is installed to the mini so I may have to change the size of the kevlar belt. Can anyone confirm on this?

Thanks,
gerald

Yes, the size is different.

The front crank pulley of Strida Mini only has 88 teeth but the one on Strida 5.0 has 100 teeth.

However, the alloy pulley for 2-speed Strida is smaller that perhaps it can be fitted on Strida Mini. :unamused:
