Q: I have a defective Strida 1 or 2, can I repair it.
A: That’s possible, but Strida Europe can purchase new parts for these first models. Please ask your dealer for the opportunities. But there’s a chance you can’t get it fixed due the lack of spareparts for these types world wide.

Q: I have a defective Strida 3. Do I have to be afraid that spareparts won’t available?
A: No, don’t worry. However we don’t sell this product anymore, spareparts are always on stock.

Q: What are the differences between the Strida 1 and 2?
A: The Strida 2 is equipped with a plastic BB mountings instead of aluminium
The steering is fixed to the front tube with 2 welded plates (just like Strida 3 and 5).
